Erin Tepley was born in Scarborough, Maine. Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in French at the University of New Hampshire, and a Masters in Teaching at Kaplan University. Her previous work titles include customer service, administrative assistant, placement coordinator, and staffing specialist. Erin also coached figure skating and competed during her teenage years in Canada, Slovakia, Germany, and Poland as a member of the U.S. Figure Skating Team. 

Erin and her husband, TJ, met while they were both in college and married in 2006. From 2012-2015, 2019-2024, and now in 2026, TJ has been assigned to work at Ft. Polk as a U.S. Army Officer. Upon requesting and being able to return for their THIRD time to Ft. Polk, they decided to purchase and to live in Deridder once again! 

Erin and TJ have three children. One currently attends DeRidder Elementary, and their older two are at the DeRidder Junior High School. The family also owns two English Bulldogs. They are FUMC - DeRidder members and attend regularly. Erin is thrilled to fill her role once again as the Church Office Administrator!
