My name is Natalie Ruano. I am a retired teacher. I worked at K.R. Hanchey for 32 years with kindergarten and first grade students. I have worked in the kindergarten classroom, inclusion classroom, and reading intervention programs. I also have experience in mentoring new teachers.
Ms. Mary, who retired in November of 2021, will continue to help me learn the business side of running the Center. She will also be coming to have story time with the children. We have opened up a larger classroom in the pre-school department. We have plans to add activities to our Frog Street Pre-k Curriculum. We will also be adding more structured play opportunities for our younger children.
If I am out of my office, please leave me a message, or make an appointment to see me with our office manager.
I’m looking forward to getting to know each child and along with our wonderful teachers we plan to continue to make this a safe, happy, learning environment for every child.
If you have any questions or concerns about the center feel free to come by. I appreciate all of the kind words of support and friendship extended to me in the last month!
