There is still time to give for this year's Circles on a Mission!
Although Susan has successfully completed her 300-mile bicycle ride, you may still support this special project.
HOW DO I GIVE?
There are three different ways you can contribute. You may
1. Mail your gift to the following address:
P.O. Box 965
DeRidder, LA 70634
Please put in the memo line “Circles on a Mission.”
2. There is a designated spot for Circles on a Mission to give online at fumcderidder.org. Once you reach the home page, there is a green button on the right-hand side that says “give.” When you click on this, you will be directed to a page where you may securely complete your information.
3. You may also visit the church office and give your monetary donation for Circles on a Mission to Erin or Mary.
WHAT MISSIONS DOES THIS PROJECT SUPPORT?
The UMCOR Sager Brown Depot in Baldwin, LA is a United Methodist ministry where each year volunteers receive, sort, pack, and ship approximately $5 million worth of supplies for disaster relief around the world. These include health kits, flood buckets, and school kits.
Other missions that will benefit from funds raised include God’s Food Box, Agape Community Clinic, Methodist Children’s Homes, Methodist Cambodian Missions, Christian Women’s Job Corps, June Jenkins Women’s Shelter, as well as others.
Any Other Questions? Contact Susan Hill directly, or the Church Office! Thank you again to Susan, and all others who have already donated toward our 2nd Annual Circles on a Mission! We will share our total funds received by the end of this month, and in next month's FUMC of DeRidder (July) newsletter.
