*CIRCLES ON A MISSION BICYCLE RIDE UPDATE*

As Susan Hill and her team continue to train for the 2020 Bicycle Ride which will cover 300 miles from Saturday, May 30th, to Thursday, June 4th, the UMW is highlighting missions that our church will be supporting throughout this project.   The UMCOR Sager Brown Depot in Baldwin, LA is a United Methodist ministry where each year volunteers receive, sort, pack, and ship approximately $5 million worth of supplies for disaster relief around the world.  These include health kits, flood buckets, and school kits. 

Other missions that will benefit from funds raised through our support of the project include God’s Food Box, Agape Community Clinic, Methodist Children’s Homes, Methodist Cambodian Missions, Christian Women’s Job Corps, June Jenkins Women’s Shelter, as well as others.

Please be in prayer for Susan as she undertakes this challenge.

There are 3 ways to contribute to the success of the Bike Ride. You may

1. Mail your gift to the following address: P.O. Box 965 DeRidder, LA 70634 Please put in the memo line “Circles on a Mission.”

2. There is a designated spot for Circles on a Mission to give online at fumcderidder.org. Once you reach the home page, there is a green button on the right-hand side that says “give.” When you click on this, you will be directed to a page where you may securely complete your information.

3. You may also drive up to our church office and drop-off your monetary donation for Circles on a Mission. Our church office is not open (yet!), but we have a locked, black mailbox next to the office door. Erin checks this black lockbox daily.
